Will I get an invoice with my order?

Yes when we deliver to you the food will most often arrive with your invoice, we also send out an electronic copy of the invoice the day after your order, if for any reason your invoice has not arrived then please send us an email to koffeekatering@gmail.com and we can send you an electronic copy.

How much notice is needed on orders

Ideally, at least a couple days in advance - especially for big orders.  If you can get us the order by 12pm on the day before - we'll do our best to squeeze it into the next day.   

How much is the delivery fee

If you are within our normal delivery area - in the New Haven area centered on the New Haven Green, its free.   This encompasses most of Yale and Yale New Haven Hospital.  Outside that area, there may be a delivery fee depending on distance and time to drive.    D

If I need a Vegan item, how can I order that when I want a package.

Please order Vegan and Gluten Free meals as individual items, under build your own, to add to any package.

Do you have Gluten Free food?

Yes, we do offer Gluten Free food choices! Please be advised that we do not have a dedicated kitchen facility, and therefore there is always some risk of cross-contamination; we want to make you aware of this so that depending on the degree of Gluten Intolerance that you or your guest(s) may have, you can make an informed choice prior to consuming our catering offerings!
